The cellular wheel sluices are manufactured in three versions, HD, HDL and ND.
Depending on the customer requirements, the cellular wheel sluices are equipped with support, injector and other accessories (safety switches, rotation monitoring device…).
Depending on the version, the cellular wheel sluices can be used for the following applications:
- HD cellular wheel sluices are metallically sealing sluices for the use in pneumatic high-pressure conveying systems.
- HDL cellular wheel sluices are used as feeding and discharge sluices in the dryer or separator area.
- ND cellular wheel sluices are used for the hermetic and pressure-tight seal below cyclones or filters.
All cellular wheel sluices manufactured by our company are certified according to ATEX. They are shock pressure resistant and flame propagation resistant and therefore approved as protection system.
